About the Artist

Hailing from southern New Jersey, Bill became acclimated to the beautiful four seasons. Throughout his childhood he was immersed in music, learning to play seven instruments.

Over the years, Bill has watched his wife, Susan developing her skills as an oil painter, and under her mentoring and the instruction of local artist Pauline Aldridge began to paint watercolors and oils. He entered his first art shows in 2002, and won ribbons at the Nevada County Fair, Pioneer Art’s Northern Mines Exhibit, and the Pioneer Arts' May Membership Show. Bill also served as President of Pioneer Arts in 2003.
